As the agency grew, the name was changed to Chase One Agency LLC. Joann Quick became the owner/manager in 2013. Joann has over 14 years experience in property and casualty insurance. The agency is located in Rockwall, TX. Richard and Joann live with their 10 year old daughter they adopted in 2018.
